About the printer
Does it really never need ink? Correct — Dolewa Mini Printer uses direct thermal printing, so there are no cartridges, toner, or ribbons to buy. You only ever replace the paper roll.
What can I print? Photos, to-do lists, notes, labels, journal bits, QR codes — anything from the free Dolewa app. Everything prints in a crisp black-and-white thermal style.
Which phones work with it? Any recent iPhone or Android. Install the free Dolewa app, pair over Bluetooth, and you're printing in a couple of taps.
How long does the battery last? A full USB-C charge is good for 1,000+ prints. A light on the front lets you know when it's time to top up.
Paper & refills
What paper does it use? Standard 57mm thermal rolls. Use plain rolls for notes and photos, or sticker rolls for labels and planners. A starter roll is included with every printer.
Does thermal print fade? Like all thermal paper, prints can fade over time with heat or direct sunlight. For keepsakes, store them somewhere cool and out of the light.
Orders & shipping
Where do you ship? Across Canada, from Toronto. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
When will my order arrive? Orders are packed by hand, usually within 1–2 business days, then shipped with tracking you'll receive by email.
Returns & problems
Do you offer refunds? All sales are final, but I'll always make it right with a replacement if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
